This company gave me a proposal to remove water from basement and also to treat the area with Microban mold treatment, and dry it out with blowers and dehumidifiers. They started out by not bringing the equipment in time to dry the area and not removing all of the contents as witnessed by my insurance company. They did not lift a finder but simply placed equipment on wet floors and ran. The adjuster said that mold would grow if they did not do it correctly. Well, they ignored calls and did not remove belongings or treat with Microban. As a result, mold grew on expensive furniture & wood/ceiling/walls of basement. It gets worse, despite not doing job as offered, & not waiting for insurance co to review their work, they started calling 3 times in a row and standing at door ringing bell for half hour.
