This store has a very unusual return policy so if you have second thoughts about your purchase do not anticipate getting your money refunded. You will only get a store credit. What I found even more astounding is that the women at the counter (owner) is vocal about returning if necessary, but does not disclose that it would be for store credit. This return policy does print on the receipt, but let's face it folks, virtually every establishment allows for a refund within 30 days of purchase. You would think, given the fact that this store is different, the return policy would be reiterated at the time of purchase. Furthermore, the owner is completely apathetic to any lack of awareness regarding the return policy. The attitude screams "I have got your money already so now I do not care about customer service". DO NOT WALK IN THIS STORE. I had a recent experience in this store which showed me how backwards, racist and bigoted some people still are. I recently brought my teenage son in this store only to be followed around like a common criminal and then to be harassed as we were leaving by the owner Steve Smith. After talking to several other people who had been to this store they shared similar experiences including having racial slurs directed at them by the owner Steve Smith.
