I was not at all satisfied with the service we got from u haul. We drove our truck about 11 miles during our intown move and they charged our card for 50 (an overcharge of about $30.00). I tried numerous times to reach a manager at U-Haul to correct this and was told by a secretary that noone in the office could help me, the boss was out and she had no idea when anyone can help me with my problem. I left two or three messages and as of a week later, have still not been contacted by or able to contact anyone at U-Haul. I feel I was ripprd off and would not advise anyone to go through this company unless they don't mind being way overcharged. ...read more
