Beware me and my husband purchased a home from Norm Pruell. This is our first home, and it was the worst experience ever. We feel once the bank gave him his money, that was the end of our relationship. We have had our home for 2 months and we are still waiting for repairs to be done on our home. And what does not need to fixed is extremely poor quality. I wished we had gone somewhere else. FAR from luxury apartments, certainly NOT worth $700 a month. Building is falling apart, doors warped, walls with huge cracks down them, floors shake when traffic goes by. Office manager is irresponsible, and very rude, if you have a problem apparently its "NOT HER PROBLEM" Entrance ways are ashtrays, garbage strewn all over. If there is less than an inch of snow on the ground, they will tow you at at cost of $80.00. You HAVE to move your car when they say OR ELSE. Very poorly run complex. Children's playground is like a jungle in the summer because no one ever trims the grass. No place for kids to play. There is construction ALL around so be prepared to be awoken at 6 am or earlier with floor shaking and the sound of machinery.
