When working with this company they will make you sign many documents to get you off and moving. Verbally as you sign they will tell you what you are signing, however they failed to mention hidden fees. Twice the general manager Eddie said that it will be $5 a gallon for fuel if it is not put it when it returns. Come to find out its 5/gallon plus $30 above that. i was just recommended by by rep at mercedes to take my car there for some minor things that i want to have worked on.\t\n\t\ni came across the review in citysearch by JM121500 and it changed my whole opinion about wanting to even go and talk to the guy whose name i was given. i was told to ask for Ray when i go and that they do great work there and mercedes uses them blah blah blah.\t\n\t\nbased on your review however, i am not going to use them at all. i won't even give them a chance to mess my car up.\t\n\t\nThank you for writing your review or i might be where you were in november, December and january.
