I've been using your honey myself and giving it as Christmas gifts for several years. I haven't encountered the problem with the plastic bottle that one reviewer did. After squeezing some out, return the bottle upright, and let the honey drain down so air can reenter the hole before snapping the lid shut. Also if the lid is removed, it is possible to use a slender iced-tea spoon to get the honey out. I like all the varieties, even the uncommonly strong buckwheat blossom honey, which is definitely an acquired taste. I buy at Bath Natural Market, and am just about to place my order for 21 bottles for Christmas, 5 for me & the rest for gifts, a 4-flavor assortment for 4 different out-of-staters.
