My dog is very tough to groom. As sweet as she is otherwise she's so sensitive that she bites the brush and eventually your hand also. My last groomer drugged her (without my permission) in order to groom her. That's how bad it was. \t\n\t\nNot only did Stacy do a top notch grooming job, the nicest grooming my dog has ever had, it was obvious that my dog also had a good experience. My husband and I returned from our Memorial Day holiday camp trip and picked up our two dogs and a shocking bill from this kennel.\t\n\t\nI say shocking because it was 175$ more than I expected. Why? Because I was never informed that I would be charged for an early weekday checkin if I brought my dogs at 11:00am, nor was I informed that I would be charged for another full day for picking up Monday Memorial Day. During the hours that were dictated by the kennel. \t\n\t\nTo add insult to injury, we were originally going to board a third dog, our oldest, whom would have shared a run with my other smaller dog. My mother offered to watch her, so I did not bring her and was charged 75$ cancellation fee even though the kennel did not lose any rentable space!\t\n\t\nNeedless to say, I am extremely disappointed.
