Thomas Scherr is running a scam at 3523 McShane Way Dundalk MD 21222. He is scamming elderly people out of their property claiming to do short sales. Instead he moves tenants in and collect monthly rent without giving the current owner any money. He has been reported to the state attorney office and is under investigation for fraud. ...read more
