MADE COURTEOUS CALL TO SUNDAY CLERK WHO INFORMED ME SHE COULD NOT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE SHE DID NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY. i INFORMED HER TO READ BOTTOM OF RECEIPT OTHERWISE I WOULD NOT BE CALLING.THE SHOES HAVE NOT BEEN WORN AS STATED PURCHASE DATE 20 jUNE 2010 TODAY'S DATE 27 JUNE 2010 . AFTER CALLING CLERK TO LET HER KNOW I WAS MAKING A 3HR TRIP TO RTN SHOES FOR EXCHG OF ANY REPLACEMENT IN MY SZ (7). wHICH SHE STATED SHE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING ( SHE HAD NO AUTHORITY ! AM HALF WAY TO BALTIMORE HARBOR...TRAFFIC IS HERENDOUS..IT IS HOT... i HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE REACH CLERK IN STORE LINE IS CONTINOUSLY BUSY.. As stated in 1st review I am trying to clear up whether or not a purchased unworn broken shoe can be exchg.Recpt states Within 7 days not worn shoe can be exchgd -clerk says she does not have the authority to do that.I reminded her its on the receipt... shoe not worn ( can't be worned) I want to exchg shoe for anything since I paid $79 for nothing I can use. She is telliong me after driving 3hrs she can not exchg shoe she has to call her boss Ask for my # then tells me I don't know when I can call my boss or if he will call u back. 06 /20/ 2010 purchased style Alisa03 -color taupe-material PU SZ 7....Baltimore Harbour Store Clerk ....Miss Trevette....While in store tried on Left shoe only...usually if it fits left foot I purchase which I did. Returning from 3hr trip to area admiring shoes dicovered toe box area on rt shoe was not even connected to sole of rt shoe. Immediately Monday morn got on line called 1st # I could find as was told to rtn in 7days exchg no refund. Since its a long drive back to harbor I felt releived there would be no problem returning if not worn which they have not been worn. Well Well I thought I would give store courtesy call to let clerk no situation & I was on my way from another state to address issue. I rec"d combat training in a conversation of I don't know--I can't do that..who did u talk too..maybe we can send shoe off to be repaired....When did u buy she...We don't exchg....I don't have the authority to exchg...I stated I am within 7 days shoe not worn ...read more
