We had a vehicle that had problems and had it towed to Brooks Muffler after calling them many times before going there. Billy Ramsey said bring it in and they would have a look at it. The next day we were told (after having it towed there) that there is a $40 charge to look at it. We went in later that day and Billy Ramsey was sitting there filling out a form and not even bothering to look at us. I was shocked and asked him if he could look at us and discuss the situation and he just said he was filling out the form for a customer. I was again shocked and asked him to look at us during the conversation. He got really mad and told me to SHUT UP and demanded that I go in the other room and sit down. I said “NO” and he got up and came around from the other side of the counter and told me to leave and go in the other room (I was again shocked to see a grown man acting like this). He also lied to us and said he took it for a test drive at 60 MPH and it was fine. AVOID THEM! ...read more
