Today, Wednesday, August 10th, I called your Cranberry Mall phone number found on the interenet....410-857-0300. I was calling in reference to a list of what business's were located within your mall. With a search on the internet, I was not able to find that information...only your address and phone number. So I called the number six(6) times, attempting to reach someone that could provide me with an internet site with that info. Each time I made a selection by department, I received a voicemail. Even when I was told to enter another extension. How can I make a decision to drive an hour from the Pennsylvania area, to a location that I have no idea what I will find. Dialing "0" was a dead end. Even if I lack the skills to surf the internet for the info, at least you would think there would be someone available to pick up the phone for the Mall in general...usually called the "operator". Please update with a list of stores. There is another Cranberry Mall (in another part of country) that looks comperable in size and there website is a miilion times more usefull than this pitifull mess... I guess I shouldn't be suprised. ...read more

I gave it one star because I was not given zero as a choice. Maybe it is me, but I thought the web site was for consumers. It appears to be for business owners. For consumers it is obviously useless for obtaining information about stores in the mall, which is what I need. I am wondering how many people visit it thinking they are being directed to a site which provides helpful info for the everyday shopper. Again, maybe I am missing something here, but if I cannot find what I need, then there is something wrong with the site plan.
