I booked clean sweep enterprises to clean my home prior to having family come visit for my sister's graduation. It was a huge disappointment to have to still clean my home properly AFTER paying them to do it ! i specifically itemized what I needed done on a pre-cleaning visit where expectations of both the client and the cleaning service are discussed. I asked that my laundry room be cleaned, and the floor was still in need of mopping and the washer dryer was not wiped down. I asked for special attention to the kitchen floor and it was not done. i asked for the ceiling fans to be dusted and it wasn't done. My shower still had soap scum. The list goes on!
