Over the past 3 weeks I've gotten several calls from this number. They keep leaving messages for a Katie Miller (that's what it sounds like) even though my VM greeting makes it clear that's not who they have reached. I've called twice to let them know they have a wrong number. I just callled the number that called me and left a message about "a matter with my account" - the woman who answered was definitely the one who made the call and left the message, but kept insisting that she hadn't called me and that she didn't know how I got this number. I said, twice "I called the number that just called me, that's how I got this number". I asked if I could talk to a manager or supervisor and she said she was the manager. ABS Moving and storage did a fantastic job with our move. They were very fast, but also very careful and courteous. Even though they were not billing us by the piece, they were still meticulous in wrapping the furniture in blankets and plastic wrap to prevent damage, and in using tie-down straps in the truck to secure everything for the drive to our new home. They didn't complain despite our move involving three stories on both ends, and they did a great job negotiating large bedroom furniture up a very tight staircase with multiple turns with no damage whatsoever to the furniture. I decided to go with ABS Moving and Storage because of the reviews and Yelp deal. My experience was great! I wasn't quite ready with the packing, but Abraham and his assistant helped me move a Jr 1 bedroom in 2.5 hours!! They showed up exactly at the scheduled time, which is incredible as most moving experience I've had that has never happened. Nothing is broken or chipped and I'm grateful for that.
