Unbelievable that a place that deals with mental illness and people who are less than stable would treat a patient the way that they do here. Such poor regard for the person that is there to seek help. You should be ashamed. Called 11:00am to book an appointment for later in the week. Told that there was an opening at 2:00pm that day. Arrived at 1:50pm. Left at 3:30pm having never been seen and having other patients who arrived later being taken first. This is not the first time. It has happened on at least three occasions that the wait has been more than an hour only to have 10 minutes or less with the practitioner. ...read more
