I bought vehicles here since 2000. Got a 2006 Xterra detailed by them. When picked up I saw big dark spots on the plastic grille, step rails and just about anywhere there was plastic. Thought it would wash off, it didn't. Took it back, someone looked at it and said "Not sure what we can do about it". They wound up replacing the grille, all the plastic in front, and step rails. 2015 I wanted a new Xterra and found one elsewhere which I made a deal on with towing hitch. I gave them copy of my deal and they said they could get it and match the deal. I paid cash, they delivered it to me but when it arrived there was no hitch as agreed so a couple days later they brought it back with the hitch. I told them many times in the past NOT TO CALL ME for any reason I have health issues and need rest sometimes during the day.
