I brought in some very old paintings and drawings from family members who are no longer with us. They were falling apart and missing a few corners, so my family wanted to scan them before they disintegrated further. The employees at IDEAL took care not to damage the artwork any further and produced great quality images of the art so my family can still admire them after the originals are gone. A full blown scam, they are very unprofessional, the employees are more concerned with what is for lunch and playing around then customer service. I had a large job to be complted by them and made promises the job would be complete in time, it was not. Over $2,000.00 wasted. Manager refused to return anything. Be very careful, these folks are on a spiral down since it got taken over by another company 6 years ago. ...read more

I must disagree with Mr. Christian's review of Rockville Printing & Graphics. They gave me VERY GOOD service, a VERY GOOD well done product and at a VERY Comparable as well as descent price in record time. The Designers were courteous as well as generous with their time, and the counter personnel went out of their way to see that I was well taken care of from start to completion of my job. From June 30 through July 11, ’s PostNet will be joining PostNets across the nation to raise money for the Fisher House Foundation, an organization that provides a “home away from home” for military families. Fisher House builds “comfort homes” on the grounds of major military and VA medical centers. The homes allow family members of hospitalized soldiers to stay nearby—for free—while their loved one recovers.
