The office staff is horrible. The phone is constantly busy--good luck getting a call through. They wont treat patients with certain ailments/issues...and then refuse the same patients referalls. I was a patient of 20 years and two surgeries and received excellent care in teh past. Recently was in for shoulder surgery which was canceled for cautionary reasons. The surgeons are fine, but the office staff particualry Tammy Farrel (spelling ?) were uncooeprative, rude, heartless, showed no empathy to my scheduling situation nor would she, they look past protiocl to address my concerns or pain. I simply needed to know if the follow up reports i had received were enough to reschedule and was told I needed to wait 3 days to find that out. I was then yelled at and had a door slammed in my face. I have never been treated so badly by and service oriented provider be it in the medical profession or other. Not what they used to be. I try to keep my business in Calvert but its this type of service that sends it elsewhere. ...read more
