My family has been a patient with Dr. Ricther for well over 20 years! I am very disappointed in the fact that we may be leaving him soon. The new office staff, does not compare to the old friendly staff that always talked to you like a friend!! The thing that really bugs me is when you call their office at 8:30am and you receive a automated message that says the office is closed please call back during normal business hours 7:30 am, seriously???? What is the point of office hours???? What if the role was reversed and they had to call to make an appointment at the doctors office and they tried for over an hour because they only got a voicemail when their office is SUPPOSED to be open!! If you are not going to turn the phones on until 8:30 then change your hours on your voicemail!!! What happened to good customer service???? I am sure with my family leaving wont make a huge impact on their business, but if they dont change they will lose alot more!!!! ...read more
