This was my first time dealing with buying from Mauer and Miller Meats I had purchased a side of beef and the processed it. The cuts of meat were exactly what I had asked for. I also had a lot of assistance with the cutsheet from Lori she was very helpful with how and what I was looking for as I had never purchased a side of beef before and did not know the in and outs of the processing. I have been getting take out from Genovas for about 3 years. Delivery is quick in my opinion. The drivers are always nice, and if there is ever a problem (which is very rare) the manager/owners always work their hardest to fix it. The food is always top notch.
