I normally don't bother with this. But with this one I had to. The trash in our apartment complex is completely full. Trash has not been picked up for weeks. I call Goode Trash Removal, since they are responsible. I explained that the trash is over flowing and has a nasty odor causing the entire apartment complex to smell. Thou I am a resident here, her response was---you need to contact your apartment management and they will call us. Then we will take care of it. So what happens if for what ever reason you can't get a hold of your land lord? It is this type of irresponsibility that wastes people time and energy. You see the person who works for Goode Trash Removal, could do something about it. Yet, they rather pass the buck. Instead of checking to see when the last trash was removed--which I'm sure they have a some type of a log book. And do the right thing. It was easier to dismiss me. Therefore, saying I won't take responsibility, or I won't respond unless I absolutely have to. This is a very sad way of thinking. And I think it is this line of thinking that got us in this world crisis we are currently in. Someone comes to us for help and we don't respond.
