Currently live in Laurel, MD (Russett Community Rt 198)...\t\n\t\nI called this company more than an hour prior to my needed pick-up. The cab driver never called and when the wait time hit the hour mark, I called back in. The woman over the phone was very polite and helpful, but the cab driver actually "LIED" about where he was and was another 30 mins late.\t\nI have to note that for the sake of "bad days", I tried to use them on two more occasions with almost identical experiences!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\t\n\t\nThe Manager was extremely rude and not helpful at all.
