The oxymoron of "Parting is such sweet sorrow." is indeed the way we look at the retirement of our own Joyce Gantt after more than 16 years of friendship and loyal service here with the Laser Line family. In 1993 Laser Line took on the assets of "The Cartridge Exchange" a small business in Catonsville. Fortunately for me and the Laser Line team Joyce was one of two people that came along and stayed to help build a 3 person company into a regional company with 2 offices and nearly 40 employees.  Joyce's knowledge and dedication is a big part of what helped us get our feet under us to grow and prosper. She is a wonderful, talented individual with great organization skills and a background in bookkeeping along with willingness to learn and embrace technology making her a huge resource for us and our customers. We will surely miss Joyce from day one and have a special place in our hearts for her wit and friendship.  But the sweet part is it gives Joyce the opportunity to do more things she wants to do and to spend time traveling and being with her family. Our loss is certainly tempered with the fact that Joyce moves to a new season in life and one that we pray brings much joy and happiness.
