Love this old-fashioned store. Justifiably famous for the sausage and other meats, but also great for local produce, salmon and other fish, homemade deli salads, beer & wine, and all the basic grocery necessities, combined with personal service and friendly neighborhood faces. I've been shopping at Boarman's for over 12 years. It reminds me of when I was a child living with my Grandmother in the country. She cooked great Sunday breakfasts.We'd have (home-made), sausage, eggs,pancakes (or iron made waffles).Toast & o j rounded it out.Oh freshly brewed coffee was free flowing too...starbux who?I love Boarman's! The staff's always friendly. Go there & be well! Community oriented, they even have the Girl Scouts out front selling cookies.For the holidays, there's no shortage of fresh turkey dinners ready to roll. I just love the old fashioned charm.
