Made an appointment with this company to have a coaxial cable run in my house. Had to wait 2 weeks for this appointment. Called the day before just to double check that they had me in their books as having the appointment. I was informed that I did have an appointment but that they could not narrow down the time period that the technician would arrive. Was also informed that they technician would call an hour beforehand to let me know they were on their way. I waited all day, no call, no show. It has been almost a week later and still no call to explain what happened. They were referred to me by Comcast, so I assumed they did good work.
