Please be cautious if you use this business. In a recent experience with tax preparation, the preparer entered the wrong social security number on our return, and if I had not known my correct routing number, would have had the direct deposit routed to the wrong bank. After confronting the business manager about my dissatisfaction with the experience, he was appologetic but not willing to refund any part of the tax preparation fee. On my insistance that at least a partial refund should be given, he acted in a very unprofessional manner. Financial information should be handled with the utmost care, and incompetence for errors with such matters should be compensated with partial, if not a full refund, of those services - this is just good business practice.
