I was happy to call the office while this crew was working with me to let you know how wonderful I thought the 2 men were (Arthur and Josh (sorry, it was a name that began with J...I wrote it down, but don't have that paper with me at work - sorry if I gave the wrong J name). Extremely helpful in explaining everything, and doing a great job, there was no wasting time...they got in, cleaned the entire house, 1st and 2nd floor. The mere fact that the company calls 1 work day ahead to verify appointment and then the crew calls when they are a 1/2 hour from your home, is AMAZING!!! Great way to run a business. There is so little "customer service" these days. I can't say enough about this company when they cleaned my home and now we hired them to clean our church's parsonage. Our new pastor will be entering into a fresh, clean house that we will be very proud of thanks to our friends at All Pro! Thanks so much for ANOTHER great experience. ...read more
