My experience with Triple A was less than pleasant. I had major issues with my driveway and rather than "fixing" the asphalt, Triple A (or the owner, its a small business) just paved over it. Sure enough 6 months later, the driveway began to crack. When I called Triple A back to look at it, the owner returned the call once, I described the situation and he never called or returned again. I made several calls but he must have had me on call ID, since he never picked up the phone. This was very unusual since when I had him come out for an estimate, he always answered the phone and came out as soon as possible. I've realized now that Triple A are better salesmen then asphalt specialists. My neighbor has also had some issues with Triple A, in particular the owner. Apparently, he wreaked of alcohol when he was working on their driveway and appeared intoxicated. ...read more
