Read and take the reviews to heart as they are all true. These people are total scammers and liars! They state they do not own properties, cannot contact the owners and do not take care of any of the rentals they are supposed to manage. The houses they do have listed are all from family members or Chinese friends, they pretend to not speak English, yet do when convenient. Slumlord is the very best description of K&Y.
