I would have given 0 stars, but they make you give at least one. Went for an eye exam on 7/14/12. Spent $600 on 2 pairs of glasses....one frame was my own. Sunglasses came in at the wrong Rx and regular glasses I was told were damaged by them...so back to lab everything went. So I was given another eye exam. Glasses came back end of July and sunglasses were ok, but regular glasses were damaged by the lab this time. REALLY!!! The owner Sandra does not seem to care much about her business or the clients who pay her wages. Well the glasses finally came in on Sept. 13th. If you don't mind waiting for TWO MONTHS for eyeglasses then go here, if not there are so many places in Gaithersburg so please save yourself the hassle!
