I have been a log time customer of rent a center. I went there 2 years ago because money was tight, i just got married,so rent a center seemed to be the place to go. I have paid off a 60inch tv. bedroom set. I am all ways 3 days late ALWAYS due to the fact of how i get paid and they know this. I pay monthly to rent a center. However for the last 4 months they call my house 8 or 9 times a day i told them "you all know i am 3 days late" didnt matter they still call. they came by my home and was banging with a clipbord on my door. they were in my fenced in back yard looking in the window. This is uncalled for. Again they know i am 3 days late every month and like clock work i am there on the 3rd day paying for a month. If anyone is considering renting from this rent a center DONT. This is the most disrespectful business i have ever delt with. If you need affordable stuff go to the strip mall over by c.c.s pizza in gaithersburg md. accross from orchard pond apt. they have good chea stuff. ...read more
