File Manager Makes Access to Website Files Easy

What does a person do when they have an important correction to make on their website and they just happen to be on a family vacation? Problem solved, Easy WebContent launches new File Manager feature in their Site Builder and HTML Editor, once again putting ‘Easy’ in yet another tool. When it comes to editing a website there can be many downsides.  There is that problem of  needing to access the right computer with the right software. Another problem is having the website content files organized and easily accessible in one location.  Sometimes files are misplaced in the wrong folder or external hard drive, preventing editors from making minor changes like switching out pictures to uploading an updated document. This is a shared concern for web developers and businesses owners on the move.Users are now able to upload files onto the file manager feature to make edits accordingly.  Unlike the usual upload of a file and having it disappear after an edit or having to re-upload the file for another page, the file manager keeps the file in storage until the user deletes it.  The file limit in the file manager is dependent on the users account type from Easy WebContent’s Basic or Complete plan.  Imagine having your entire website content from photos to documents all stored in one location with 24/7 access on any computer. Thanks to Easy WebContent, you do not need to be a professional web designer to make simple updates and changes to your website.  Visit EasyWebContent.com today to begin your free 7 day trial period! ...read more

Your Website Is Done! What Is Next?

The day is finally here, all the hours spent designing and developing your companies website has come to an end, but what’s next? Unfortunately, even if those hours are finally over this does not mean that your website can be published onto the World Wide Web and let loose to all your potential clients. Let’s be real, a published website is great, but not as great as a published website with immediate traffic. Yes, you still have work to do. 5 innovative tools to increase web traffic: Social Networking Every month it seems as if there is a new Social Network from the powerhouse Facebook to the advancing Pinterest. Just know that it is never too late to jump on board and get to socializing, however be aware quality over quantity is more profitable. Video Tutorials&Messages; Surpassing your typical television advertisements, many businesses with low marketing budgets are now adapting to video tutorial and messages. YouTube is just one prime media to promote that sense of interaction for potential customers. An innovative way to put a face to your brand by producing a short and straight to the point video clip. Teaming Up Many businesses are teaming up by offering their niche to one another for more exposure. A great example is in the social networking world where on every web page you land on you will find icon after icon of social networks. This example shows that even if they are all in the social networking industry and are competitors to one another they all have a different niche that attracts a user. Be a Sponsor There is nothing better than giving back to the community. Local involvement from sponsoring events to speaking at workshops will give your business public awareness and credibility. Magazines&Journals Company newsletters reach out to current clients, but industry magazines and journals will reach out to potential clients. Know who your target audience is, find out what they’re reading and then contribute. Writing articles, highlighting new products, showcasing company achievements, and extending an invitation to an even are just a few ways to get known. Why not choose one, two or even all of the innovative tools above and test it out for your business. The worst that can happen is that you don’t get the results you expected to receive, but that’s where trial and error comes into play. Know your niche, which your target audience is, and find out which marketing strategy is best for your business. You of all are in charge of your business as much as you are in charge of your newly developed website. Don’t put all those hours spent in design and development to waste, your great masterpiece is to be scene and shared. You Are In Charge Easy WebContent provides easy and powerful tools to manage and empower websites.  It gives the user control to edit an existing or build a new professional website.  Visit EasyWebContent.com today to begin your free 7-day trial period! ...read more

Easy WebContent is My 2.012 Resolution

This isn't your typical New Year resolution. For 2012 I wanted to push my personal boundaries and see where life can take me, I suggest that you only do the same. My 2.012 resolution is to reach out to the world by showcasing my passion and adventures in life. The question is how do I go about it? I am a social networking enthusiast from utilizing Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Foursquare, to LinkedIn. One would say that I have already met my New Year resolution, however I am looking for something far more unique and Easy WebContent was my answer. I had the privilege to produce my own website k8twopointoh.com as well as redesign various agencies websites using Adobe Dreamweaver.  Anyone experienced in Dreamweaver can tell you that at one point of the process you will encounter coding problems. One of my biggest issues even after producing the website for an agency is to hand it over to them and allow them to run loose with the responsibility of updating and editing the pages when necessary. To bypass the coding and constant nagging of agencies needing assistance, Easy WebContent was the solution to all my problems. I can’t help but recommend this to small businesses and nonprofits who have a tight budget and want full control of their website without having the need to learn about website design or development. It is as easy as clicking 1-2-3. I took the opportunity to test it out myself through the 7-day trial option. With a background in website development I was doing everything that I could to dig into the dirt of Easy WebContent from looking at any hiccups in layouts and design, content production, and even the cost of maintaining a website. I really wanted the bottom line up front and the complete package for a year was far more than what I was expecting for. $17.60 per month for a year • Full Version of Site Builder• Unlimited Web Pages• 50 GB Bandwidth• 5 GB Storage Space• Custom Domain Name• All Add-on and Site Goodies• Priority Support After experiencing the trial period for Easy WebContent I couldn't help but appreciate the slick look of the website that I was developing and the ease of constructing it. My 2.012 New Year resolution is underway and I challenge you to also take this 2.012 resolution. Visit Easy WebContent and sign-up for a free account to create a website with the Site Builder or edit an existing website through the HTML Editor. It comes with a 7 day trial. ...read more
