Makes one 9-inch cookie crumb pie crust Ingredients – Cookie crumb pie crust 1-1/4 cups finely crumbled cookies (measurement after crumbling)6 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted3 Tbs. sugar,(optional) Process cookies in food processor until crumbed. (Can use blender or rolling pin filled with cookies in Ziploc bag.). Place the cookie crumbs in a large bowl. Add the melted butter and sugar and stir until completely incorporated. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of the pan, using either a spatula or your hands.Ingredients-For the filling: 250 grams canned mango pulp or (3 fresh mango, sliced)250 grams of cream cheese1/2 cup heavy cream1/2 cup sugar3 eggs100 mll milk1 Tbs grated orange zest1 Tbs vanilla Directions:All the above ingredients also placed in a blender until the mixture completely incorporated.Pour the filling into the crumb crust and smooth with a spatula.Preheat oven to 200 ℃ or 350 ℉, and baking for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
