I had a very bad experience with this store.My sister buys a dress and it was beautiful dress, we pay what the tag price says, but at the time to pick up the dress, it was dirty. The manager or owner of the store starts to cleaning the dress with baby wipes and we request to have the dress to be clean and send to a dry cleaner and the owner of the place start to making faces, was very unprofessional, it wasn't my fault the dress was dirty, it was them, I have pictures of my dirty dress and a contract signed with the promess of a clean wedding dress.When I went to pick up the dress days before my wedding the dress still was dirty and they told me with attitude, is nothing what I can do it! ANY WAY THE DRESS WILL BE DIRTY this was awful to hear from the store manager and no received any help, she just give me a dirty wedding dress and no compensation and no worry about my happiness.I never going back to Posh Bridal store and I never ever recommend it to anybody, nice dresses but bad customer Service. ...read more
