Too bad you can't give zero stars. \n\nTheir ATM's on site NEVER work properly. They have eaten our family's cards several times, and for absolutely no reason. \n\nThey recently held my son's deposited check for over 3 business days, didn't notify him when he was making ATM withdrawals and tiny debit card payments, yet charged him nearly $300 in overdraft fees when they knew his account had money in it. It's been 3 weeks and they still haven't taken any of the charges off his account. They call it 'Overdraft Protection'. I call it Overdraft Theft. They are terrible. ...read more
