I must use the Elkridge post office from time to time I find that even thought they are under staffed they are usually knowledgeable about their products and services. I have noticed that when I am in line a resident of Elkridge or a frequent customer will come in and act as if all other transactions should stop until he or she has received their services. If you need to get service go to Glen Burnie. You won't get it here. The most incompetent and slowest postal employees ever. You can be sure that you will stand in line for a minimum of 1/2 hour. Then another 15 minutes to buy a stamp which they won't have in their drawer. A trip to the back to get you a stamp is another 10 minutes. Why haven't these people been fired? Don't bother buying a PO Box because they are too lazy to fill it with your mail. After paying for the box you will have to wait in line to get your mail because they put PO mail on hold.
