Scheduled a last minute appointment for waxing, multiple areas included brazilian bikini; they were able to get me in the next day; this was the only positive, if you can call it that. But the aesthetician was AWFUL. Missed lots of areas, didn't go back with a tweezer at all to clean up missed areas - which every place I've been to has done. Would apply the wax, and go to rip the strip and would either miss or just tug at the wax, not actually pulling any hair out, just causing severe pain by yanking at the hair for it to not go anywhere. I've been having waxes done for quite some time now, so I know my hair is actually pretty easy to remove, it has grown thinner with repeat waxes, and previous aestheticians have commented on how easy it is to wax my hair - so it wasn't that I have difficult hair. Been to a bunch of different places: high-end spas, low-end nail spas and paid from $25-$90 and this was by far the worst ever. Avoid this place for waxing services, and avoid Katrina. It should be less than 1 star. I was at mac counter and waited for 15 mins while associates waited on every woman of color who came to the counter, grabbed away the display of lip glosses and eye paint that I was looking at. I asked for help and was ignored. it was 1/31/09 at 3:20 pm tran 5477. pls respond. Look at the tape. I am 5/10 and my niece 5/6 was there also. They couldn't miss us! ...read more

I live in NYC and I am use to upscale spas...I was visiting the area and came across Facelogic and had an amazing expeirence. It started when I walked through the door. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful had a lovely smile on her face the whole time. My estecian Carlee was extremely knowledgable and talented.
