BEWARE, the customer service is HORRIBLE. I dropped off my dress undamage. I check the dress before I left my house and check my dress at the cleaners. I laid the dress across the counter with the one of owners (husband) watching. There was no stains. NO DAMAGE. They call me the next day saying the front of my dress is faded. I go to the cleaners after work. I have a big white stain on my royal blue silk dress I purchase from Nordstrom. The husband lies and says I didn't lay the dress out on the counter and check it. I told her that I did and there was no stain on my dress. I told her she needed to pay for my dress because when I drop it off here they are responsible for it and she needed to pay for my dress. She tells me they can't do that and walked away from me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS CLEANERS. THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CLOTHES AND ACT LIKE IT DIDN'T HAPPEN THERE. ...read more

This cleaners over charge me $411.90 for a bill for $41.90 on 12/15/08. They did a refund on 12/16/08 for the $411.90. However, this money has of yet to be returned to my account. They also rebilled me for the original bill of $41.90. As to date, they have received $453.80 for a cleaners bill of $41.90. It should not take this long to receive my refund.
