I walked in last night, which was a wed nite around 5pm. I had my prescription faxed over to them already so figured this would be a fairly painless process. WRONG! There were about 4 other customers in the store and 2 employees, one a manager. We were not greeted by anyone. It took me about 15 min to pick the pair I wanted, at which time the waiting began. After we had waited about 15 min a nice gentleman, 1 of the 2 employees working acknowledged our existance and told us he would be with us ASAP. At this point there are still 2 other customers waiting to be helped, when the so called manager decides to leave, now down to one employee with 5 people still needing help. He was extremely nice and a good worker, unfortunately all the work had been dumped on him. 2 1/2 hours later our glasses should have been finished but we were informed that they messed up on the lenses. I was instructed to come back the next day before 12pm to pick them up. I am here now as instructed at 1130 am and they are still NOT done. Now, out of boredom and frustration as I continue to wait in the 5th hour of what should have been an easy eye errAnd, I am writing this review. $$$$, I felt rushed, the doctor was very short with me if I had any trouble with a test. Would not recommend, optical sales over eye exams. They also told me my eyeglass perscrition was only good for one year even though the persription was not expired by the date on it. ...read more

DO NOT GO HERE! This place was the WORST I have ever been to in my life! I am disappointed with everything we got at this place. Not only did we get the wrong exam by these people, we also had a very mean Doctor and the sale's lady was COMPLETELY out of line by "begging us to buy there items, or else it will hurt her feelings" quote.
