I really appreciate the fact that you fixed something which arose from your original work in a timely and professional manner. Extra Touch Landscaping, L.L.C. in the year of 2008, had donated sod, plants, mulch and labor to a project in Seabrook, Maryland called "Taking Care Of Our Own". We were called by a gentleman to offer landscaping services to a family of three. Extra Touch Landscaping, L.L.C. did not have to comtemplate on offering services. I, the owner answered the phone that morning and immediately said we can do the job. We had a limited time to the job and it was a big success, not to mentioned a local TV Crew from Washingon, D.C., was present and taping on the day of completion to show on the evening news. Some vendors hung the phone up soon as they heard the words to offer materials, labor and time. A homeowners smile or a thank-you is worth a thousand words after the job is completed, or one may say "I can't beleive it".
