My 15 year old daughter unknowingly bought a product in this store that was for color treated hair. Her hair has not been color treated and she was unable to use the product. When she tried to return the item, she was told that they would not take it back because it was a "close out" item and on top of that they kept her receipt. I, as her parent, went back to the store with her and explained to the owner that she had no idea what she had bought and asked if she could exchange it for something else. The owner refused citing policy. I explained to the owner that essentially she had wasted her money because she could not use the item. It seems that the owner was intent upon dumping this product on unsuspecting consumers. I will not be patronizning this store and would not recommend it to anyone else. i have been to many beauty supply stores but this beauty center is the best.. the store is very clean and has lots of supplies.
