Do not hire Quiza Management, our HOA hired Quiza Management a few years and the property managers are so lazy they hardly ever came out to inspect our property, and when they did they were so rude. We started taking pictures ourselves of all the garbage that was being left in our community. The property manager Jamie Reed was useless. We would call and complain, and yet nothing was ever done. In the accounting dept they have made so many mistakes to our account, and to many others in our HOA until finally our board president and board got feed up with them and "Fired" them because it happened to the president twice. ...read more

We bought a house from this company a year ago and I'm pretty sure it's just one guy and he's awful! He cut so many corners on the house and it's a year later and we're still finding problems where he could have saved us thousands of dollars by just completing the work properly!
