Be aware of this real estate agent who does not have the best intentions of his clients in mind. He will use incomprehensible math to convince you of a price of a house to make it appear as if he has done his homework. If he uses methods and logic that is hard to follow and explains it very quickly - that is his trick. Do not fall for it! I'm not surprised at all the great reviews Allied is getting from the tenants, because they really do have the TENANTS' best interests at heart. Unfortunately as the owner of the home, the one actually paying Allied to manage the property, they've been nothing but a disappointment. Regardless of what happens, they'll always tell me I'm the one at fault, even when my tenants are the ones that caused the damages (pencil marks on walls that appeared 2 years after the tenants moved in was my responsibility??). When I tell them to do something as simple as keep my mail for me when the tenants moved in, they couldn't even do that, and I almost ended up missing important bill. If you're a homeowner looking for someone to manage your property, avoid Allied at all cost. They're nothing short of a nightmare. ...read more
