We have had a terrible experience. An antique ring which was supposed to have served as a template upon which a computer-generated replica was to be made was instead rubber-molded (thereby damaging it) and cheaply recast. Their website promises that a wax model will be made for any custom piece, and that the final product will be contingent upon the customer approving said model. This never happened.Instead, we were presented with an incorrectly-sized, poorly-fashioned ring. When JM Jewelers resized it, the band was stretched dangerously thin. The stones were tilted at odd angles, the center stone was instead placed as a side stone, the prongs were bent and scratched, and the beautiful details of the original ring were nowhere to be found. There was absolutely no attention to detail, and no artisanship whatsoever!
