If i had my way, i would have rated them a 0. my family and i stop at the drive thru on fri 12/11/2009 to pick up a snack for our 4 year daughter, while at the ordering booth we were asked to hold on by the night manager, that took about 10 mins. When the night manager finally returned (Ms Kia) she proceed to rush us through our order, when we told her that we not finish. She then told us we could take our business else where.
