We just purchased our 2014 Nissan Sentra and then someone crossed the yellow line and side swiped our new car. We took our car to Severn auto Body and am so glad we did. The gave us updates almost daily. The shop is clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly. They have rental car service on premises so all we did was drop our car off and drove away In a rental. They took a bad experience like a car accident and turned it in to a pleasurable experience. I brought my Cadillac Escalade in for new tires and service. \t\nThe tires were GoodYear Triple Tread which I was told were being discontinued. I told Eric the manager I wanted my new 11000 mile tires back as well as service work.\t\nThe work was done late by a day, they kept my truck\t\nThey did not return my tires and jerked me around for over a month on getting them back and advised later by GM Chris Lee they would only give me $10 each for them.
