The gave us updates almost daily. The shop is clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly. They have rental car service on premises so all we did was drop our car off and drove away In a rental. They took a bad experience like a car accident and turned it in to a pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend Severn to anyone looking for body and repair service. Customer service is amazing. We could not have asked for a better job or nicer staff. Thank you Severn Auto Body for going above and beyond. ...read more
