Whenever I send an email I can always expect a prompt response. They are very knowledgable and willing to explain things so they make sense. I've been using Bob for my taxes for years. This year, he's been a big help with my parents estate. I'm glad I had someone to help me through the mess of paperwork. I checked a few prices and I was happy to find out his rates are still very reasonable after all of these years. \t\n\t\nAlso, I love the new office. It's bright and nicely decorated.
