I went to redeem a gift certificate my friend gave me just a little over a year ago, I know it is a long time ago, but there was no expiration on it .

My friend has left there a great amount of money and I was finally ready to get my acrylics back on( I couldn't for a while because of health reasons) .Therefore I was assuming they would appreciate new business.

They were rude and I felt so embarrassed, when they put me on the phone with their absentee manager, who told me I should have come in right away after receiving the gift certificate.

Not good business practice in my book.
