After arriving in the US from Europe I thought I would spend a while browsing through the Ralph Lauren department. It was here that I was approached by Michelle, she was attentive without being "overwhelming" had good product knowledge..and a charming personality. Michelle...sorry I did not get the last name..also represents the level of personalised service, which i appreciate at your shop..
