If it was possible to give negative ratings I would. Joe the owner was impossible to work with, took forever to set the move up- at one point he didn't seem to have any idea what day it was, let alone when the move was being scheduled. The day of the move they were running 1.5 hours late after explicitly saying we needed to be available at 6pm, not later. I tried to speak with Joe about the situation and he suddenly decided that they weren't doing the move anymore and ignored all calls from us and his own employee. ...read more

I would not recommend Mutual Builders to ANYONE. They cut corners wherever possible and do everything backwards and SLOWLY. For example, we had been living on our new road for over a year before they decided to put sidewalks in, thus having to tear up everyone's driveways and yards, never to be fixed the same way they were. Also, the end of our road was torn up, for water pipes to be put in for another road in the development, for 6 months or more, through the winter we had to drive over a big ditch to get out of the development. There are huge pot holes and raised manholes since our road doesn't have a top coat yet, and they won't do it still. Not to mention the way the houses were simplly dug into the lots, left with huge hills of dirt and such as part of the landscaping. I'm sure there are other BIG things I am forgetting but for lack of space and time, you get the idea. They are not a quality company. ...read more
