My best friend got her wedding dress here 1 1/2 months before her wedding. She was told alterations would be done and it would be ready in 2 weeks. A month and 5 alterations later, it was still not ready... a WEEK before her wedding! The seamstress/owner's work was sloppy and inaccurate. After the 5th alteration she had taken it in so much that the originally size 10 dress was too SMALL for the size 6 bride. To top off this disaster, she spent the last 2 appointments (I call them "appointments" very loosely; she was late by at least a 1/2 hour for each one) arguing with the bride's maid of honor and was rude to the point of disgust. The store itself was ill-kept, messy, and cluttered. I would recommend this shop to absolutely no one. Formal occasions are stressful enough without having to deal with shiesty, uncaring shop-owners. ...read more

This place was an absolute nightmare!!! My bridesmaid rushed her order five months before my wedding. Four months later it never came in!!! I called the store, they had no record of me or my bridesmaid (probably because their filing system is a binder!). They had no tracking number either so there was no way to find out where the dress was. When I asked what would happen if they never got ahold of anyone her response to me was "I don't know". So pretty much if this dress never showed up I was out of luck and there wsas nothing they were going to do to help. The dress came in two weeks before my wedding. It did not fit my bridemaid and she had no time left to have it altered. No one speaks English, it's dirty, the sales girls walk around barefoot and they are so rude!!!!! Oh and when we went to pick the dress up they handed it to us in a plastic bag, wrinkled!! We actually had to ask for a garment bag and for them to at the very least steam the wrinkles out of it!!! ...read more
